Paint a bold, expressive rooster with an attitude onto a cloth handbag that you can actually use. Your colorful rooster will be as spirited as the weekend ahead - Pend Oreille County Fair.

Whether you're a seasoned painter or just looking to try something new, this event is all about good vibes, great company, and colorful creations on a tote bag that comes in handy.

Step-by-step instructions and supplies will be provided. Delicious food and beverages will be available for purchase.
